Robin Wood, originally from Salt Spring Island in B.C., is another Canadian victim of Mexican violence. Police say Wood returned to a friend's home on the morning of Jan. 3, 2012 and discovered two burglars. The 67-year-old man challenged the two, and was shot dead. Three men were later arrested in connection with his death.
