Real-life Popeye insists his cartoonish arms were made the natural way

Moustafa Ismail's creepy 31-inch biceps   first elicited winces, and then accusations. But now our modern-day Popeye has a message for his critics: I yam what I yam. Though a flurry of suggestions that the Massachusetts bodybuilder 'roided up or had implants caused the Guinness World Records people to back away from declaring him the winner of the freakish arms race, Ismail insists he's all-natural and that the beef is 'not something that's going to bring me down.' But his denials probably won't silence his detractors, who figure Ismail has to have something besides those big guns up his sleeves.
