Whether you watched storm clouds roll in from the deck of a cottage or swatted mosquitoes while dodging hail stones, no one escaped this summer's wild weather. As fall approaches, some parts of the country may feel they haven't had their fair share of sunshine and blue skies. Here, we take a look at who fared well and who suffered through what are supposedly the most relaxing months of the year.
