Free Pussy Riot
Protesters wearing masks take part in an Amnesty International flash mob demonstration in support of Russian punk band Pussy Riot in Edinburgh, Scotland. Three members of the band were found guilty Friday of hooliganism for taking part in a protest against Russian president Vladimir Putin in a cathedral. The women have been sentenced to two years in jail. The case has drawn condemnation from free speech activists around the world, and the band have won support from musicians including Madonna, Bjork and Sir Paul McCartney.
